Limited Product Warranty

End-User General Warranty

Janos Technology, LLC warranties that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one (1) year. The warranty period begins from the original shipment date from Janos Technology, whether or not actual use of the product has begun. The product will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications or Janos shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge (including all parts and labor). This warranty doesn’t cover equipment, which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the Product User Guide.

OEM General Warranty

The same warranty above applies with the following additional consideration: The warranty duration will be the initial date of shipment to the end-user from the OEM, or eighteen (18) months, whichever is less.

Refunds – If this product was purchased as part of a complete IR camera system, all refunds will be made through the original camera manufacturer only. Please contact them directly. For all other transactions, refunds will be made directly to the end purchaser.

Procedures for Warranty Service

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service please follow these procedures:

    1. Contact Janos Technology to receive an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number and confirm an RMA initiation date. Phone (603) 757-0070
    2. Pack the product in the original or equivalent packing material.
